Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Use AI tools for content ideas, caption writing, creatives, and repurposing content.

• Build awareness, grow followers, and drive traffic to brand pages and websites.

• Create monthly/weekly content calendars and marketing activity plans.

• Track performance using insights/analytics and suggest improvements.

• Manage automation and social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta tools, etc.).

• Coordinate with design, sales, and management to align campaigns with business goals.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of trends on major social media platforms.

• Good writing skills — captions, posts, short-form content, and basic scripts.

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and research.

• Knowledge of automation, scheduling, and basic analytics.

• Creative mindset, consistency, and attention to detail.
