Job Description:

The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The role requires strong creativity, content planning, analytical skills, and knowledge of all major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms.
• Identify target audience segments and design campaigns to engage them.

Content Creation & Management

• Oversee the creation of high-quality posts, reels, videos, graphics, blogs, and ads.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and copywriters for timely content delivery.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and styling across all channels.

Platform Management

• Manage and grow company presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Pinterest, etc.).
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and new features to keep content relevant.
• Engage with community — respond to comments, messages, and queries.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track KPIs: reach, engagement, followers, leads, conversions, ROI.
• Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Advertising & Campaigns

• Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns.
• Optimize ad budgets, A/B test creatives, and maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with sales/brand teams for promotional campaigns.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with sales, brand marketing, and product teams.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Manage agencies or freelancers where required.
