Job Summary:

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns across digital platforms. The role focuses on building strong influencer relationships, driving brand awareness, and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals

Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines

Track campaign performance and prepare ROI reports

Coordinate with content, marketing, and social media teams

Stay updated with influencer trends and platform algorithms

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in influencer or digital marketing

Strong network of influencers and agencies

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience with campaign analytics and reporting tools

Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends
