Role Overview:We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The role involves content planning, audience engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth through social media and WhatsApp marketing. The candidate will play a key role in building brand authority, generating sales leads, and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars

• Post high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, and stories

• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages and respond promptly

• Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility organically

2. Content Strategy & Planning• Develop social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Create campaigns for brand awareness, sales, and lead generation

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers

• Identify trending content ideas relevant to the equine industry / brand niche

• Plan storytelling content around stallions, foals, achievements, and farm life

3. WhatsApp Marketing & Communication (Critical Role)• Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing strategy

• Create and manage WhatsApp broadcast lists and customer segments

• Send promotional messages, updates, announcements, and offers

• Handle WhatsApp Business account professionally

• Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into clients

• Maintain customer database and relationship management

• Share catalogs, horse availability, breeding offers, and service promotions

• Ensure high response rates and lead conversion

4. Lead Generation & Sales Support• Generate sales leads through social media and WhatsApp

• Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion

• Run targeted campaigns for horse sales, breeding services, and farm services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects

5. Analytics & Reporting• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

• Optimize campaigns based on data insights

• Suggest improvements and new growth strategies

6. Influencer & Partnership Coordination• Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry professionals

• Manage partnerships with photographers, YouTubers, and content creators

• Plan promotional collaborations

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Experience in Social Media Management (1–3+ years preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business

• Experience in WhatsApp Marketing and lead management

• Content planning and strategy development skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools preferred

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred (Bonus Skills):• Experience in equine industry, luxury brands, or lifestyle brands

• Experience running paid ads (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.)

• Experience with CRM tools
