About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, self-driven Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content. If you can shoot, edit, strategize, and grow brands on digital—this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations of social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging photo/video content

• Monitor trends and create platform-relevant content (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, etc.)

• Plan and execute ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms

• Boost posts and track performance through analytics tools

• Build monthly content calendars and campaign strategies

• Collaborate with editor, designer and copy teams as needed

• Manage client interactions and ensure timely delivery

• Keep an eye on insights, engagement rates, and community feedback

Requirements:

• Proficiency in content editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.)

• Shooting skills: mobile or DSLR—must be comfortable with both

• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, hashtags, and audience behavior

• Hands-on experience in boosting and running paid ads

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Creative thinker with a hustler mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple pages/projects
