🏢 URGENT HIRING – SOCIETY / PROPERTY MANAGER(Deepak Warikoo📞 8698954853)

Location:The Lake District,Saswad–Bopdev–Pune Road,Yewalewadi, Maharashtra

Society Size: Residential society with approximately 500 flats

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (experience managing large residential societies preferred)

Job Type & Shift:

• Full-time
• 9-hour shift
• 1 weekly off (except Saturday or Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall day-to-day administration of a 500-flat residential society
• Handling society accounts, payment collection, and basic financial records
• Managing and supervising society staff and workers
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers
• Maintaining records, registers, and documentation
• Planning and coordinating society meetings
• Addressing resident issues and ensuring smooth operations
• Supporting the society management committee

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong people-handling and communication skills
• Prior experience managing a large residential society
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and operational challenges
