Society Manager

1. Administration & Operations

• Oversee daily operations of the society
• Maintain records (residents, vendors, staff, etc.)
• Coordinate with the managing committee

2. Maintenance & Facilities

• Ensure upkeep of common areas (lifts, gardens, parking, etc.)
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
• Handle repair and maintenance work

3. Financial Management

• Collect maintenance charges
• Maintain accounts and expense records
• Coordinate with auditors and accountants

4. Vendor & Staff Management

• Manage contracts with vendors (security, cleaning, etc.)
• Monitor staff attendance and performance

5. Resident Support

• Address complaints and resolve issues
• Communicate notices and updates to residents

6. Compliance & Legal

• Ensure adherence to local housing laws and society bylaws
• Handle documentation and regulatory requirements
