Solar Liaisoning Executive

Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to handle end-to-end loan processing and documentation activities for solar rooftop projects. The candidate will be responsible for collecting customer documents, coordinating with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals, preparing DPR (Detailed Project Report), and managing all liaisoning work with relevant stakeholders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and verify customer documents required for solar project financing.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and government agencies for loan processing and approvals.
• Prepare DPRs (Detailed Project Reports) and supporting financial/technical documents.
• Assist customers in understanding the loan process and required compliance.
• Liaisoning with DISCOM, government departments, and financial institutions for solar project-related approvals.
• Maintain documentation records and ensure timely follow-ups for application status.
• Handle subsidy documentation and communication, wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, finance) for smooth process flow.
• Provide regular updates on project and loan status to management and clients.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferred: engineering, commerce, finance, or related field).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in loan processing / solar documentation / liaisoning (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Strong knowledge of solar rooftop loan procedures, DPR preparation, and subsidy processes preferred.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PDF handling.
• Ability to handle field visits for document collection & coordination work.
• Must be organized, reliable, and proactive with strong follow-up ability.
