AI-Native Solution Design & Framework Development

• Design and architect AI-native solutions for enterprise clients spanning Generative AI, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, and digital product engineering.

• Collaborate with the Principal Architect to create, review, and continuously improve AI engineering frameworks, reference architectures, and solution accelerators.

• Stay current on emerging AI/ML tools, platforms, and methodologies — evaluating and adopting relevant capabilities into Jade's delivery toolkit.

• Contribute to the development of reusable assets including solution templates, architecture patterns, and proof-of-concept frameworks.

Delivery Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Work hand-in-hand with software engineering and development teams to ensure architecture-to-delivery continuity on client engagements.

• Provide technical oversight and architectural guidance throughout project execution — from solution design through go-live and stabilization.

• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design sessions to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with agreed patterns.

• Identify and resolve technical risks proactively, serving as an escalation point for complex delivery challenges.

Technical Consulting & Client Engagement

• Engage directly with client technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, surface pain points, and design pragmatic solutions.

• Translate business problems into technology solutions using the latest AI, cloud, data, and engineering capabilities.

• Support pre-sales and RFP activities by contributing to solution design, effort estimation, and technical proposal development.

• Participate in client workshops, architecture walkthroughs, and technical presentations — communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Cloud & Automation Architecture

• Architect solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with strong command of cloud-native patterns — microservices, serverless, event-driven, and containerized architectures.

• Develop intelligent automation solutions leveraging RPA, AI-enhanced workflows, and integration platforms.

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization.

Practice & Knowledge Contribution

• Contribute to Jade Global's internal knowledge base, CoP (Community of Practice), and learning initiatives around AI and modern engineering.

• Mentor junior architects and senior engineers — sharing expertise, reviewing technical work, and supporting capability development.

• Support the Principal Architect in shaping the evolving AI&DE service offerings and go-to-market messaging.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

• Master's degree (MS or MBA) is a plus.

Experience

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or senior engineering roles within IT services or consulting organizations.

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions across AI/ML, cloud platforms, data engineering, and application modernization.

• Experience contributing to pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution proposals, and client workshops is preferred.

• Prior experience at an IT services company, digital engineering firm, or consulting organization is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

• AI & GenAI: Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen), RAG architectures, and vector databases.

• Cloud: Solid hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; cloud-native design patterns, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Engineering Stack: Strong proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and/or OpenSource stacks (Java, Python, Node.js); experience with both is a significant advantage.

• Intelligent Automation: Experience with RPA tools, workflow automation, and AI-augmented process automation.

• Enterprise Platforms: Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow is a plus.

• Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
