Project Role Description : Support Solution Architects in solution development, design, and approval processes. Leverage standard process methods to shape solutions to meet scope of services, delivery locations, and related costs. Bring efficiency and consistency in response development and operations support.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Skill required:

8–12+ years in software testing
Strong software testing and QA management experience
Strong experience in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Estimation, and Governance
Hands-on knowledge of SDLC / STLC across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall models
Experience managing SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, and Integration Testing
Ability to define and enforce testing standards, processes, and best practices
Good understanding of test automation strategy and CI/CD integration (oversight level)
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)
Strong defect governance, triage, risk management, and quality reporting skills
Experience defining test metrics, dashboards, and status reporting for stakeholders
Proven ability to lead onshore–offshore testing teams
Strong stakeholder management with business, delivery, and architecture teams
Experience in large transformation / integration-heavy programs
Domain experience in insurance or financial services preferred
ISTQB Test Manager / Advanced Level certification preferred


Define overall application testing strategy and framework.
Prepare test plans, test schedules, and testing scope.
Identify testing types required:
Functional testing, Integration testing, System testing,Performance testing, Security testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Lead and manage QA/Test teams.
Assign testing tasks and monitor progress.
Ensure proper test coverage and defect tracking.
Coordinate test cycles for application releases.
Manage test data preparation.
Track defects using tools like Jira
Prioritize defects with development teams.
Ensure timely resolution and retesting.
Establish quality metrics and KPIs.
Monitor defect leakage and test effectiveness.
Conduct test reviews and sign-off processes.
Provide status reports and risk updates to stakeholders.
