- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of system integration and architecture design principles.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Proficient in cloud computing platforms and services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based in Pune.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
