Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Sourcing Executive who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong connections with Channel Partners (CPs) and driving project awareness and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have good networking skills and a basic understanding of real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new channel partners while executing channel marketing plans.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other channel partners.
- Regularly visit CP offices to promote and create awareness about company projects.
- Generate leads through Channel Partners and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
- Manage client communication and attend all revisits with potential customers at sites.
- Conduct project presentations, CP meets, and promotional activities.
- Keep Channel Partners updated on inventory, pricing, and offers.
- Track and manage CP leads and maintain proper data/reporting.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry standards to better align partnership strategies.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sourcing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a results-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate regulations (RERA).
- Strong understanding of current real estate market trends and industry developments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
