Job Summar-We are looking for a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in traditional South Indian cuisine, covering regions such as Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. You will be responsible for preparing authentic dishes (Breakfast, Curries, Rice varieties) while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities 1. Food Preparation & Cooking:

• Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes, including but not limited to:Breakfast items: Dosa varieties, Idli, Vada, Upma, Pongal, Paniyaram, etc.Curries & Gravies: Sambar, Rasam, Kootu, Avial, Chettinad Chicken, Fish Curry, etc.Chutneys & Sides: Coconut chutney, Tomato chutney, Podi, etc.Manage the fermentation process for batters (Idli/Dosa) to ensure consistent quality and texture.Expertly handle South Indian spices, masalas, and tempering (Tadka).Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation of all dishesJ
