South Indian Cook

We are hiring an experienced South Indian Chef to handle end-to-end kitchen operations for our café in Aundh, Pune. The role includes preparing authentic South Indian dishes (dosas, idlis, vadas, sambhar, chutneys, filter coffee), ensuring consistent taste and quality, managing kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene and FSSAI standards, controlling inventory and wastage, and ensuring smooth, timely service during peak hours. Ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of traditional recipes, ability to handle high volumes, and basic understanding of food costing and kitchen discipline.
