Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
• Lead, train, and motivate spa therapists and support staff to ensure excellent performance
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and addressing guest feedback
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and packages to increase revenue
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, sales targets, and cost control
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spa products and equipment
• Handle bookings, client inquiries, and resolve any operational issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role within the wellness or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends
• Business acumen with experience in sales, budgeting, and operations management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with spa management software and booking systems
