Spanish US Voice Process

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spanish Collector located in Pune. Responsibilities for this role include managing and following up on overdue accounts with Spanish-speaking clients, maintaining exceptional customer service during the collection process, and identifying and resolving payment discrepancies.

Additional responsibilities include generating detailed reports of collection activities and maintaining accurate records. The Spanish Collector will work closely with the team to achieve collection goals and support overall business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients
• 6 months of Experience in US Spanish Voice process, client relationship management, or related roles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in an on-site, team-driven environment in Pune
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for collections is an advantage
