Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer Tech Lead with 5 8 years of experience to design and build scalable Pega solutions You will drive technical design mentor developers and ensure integration security and performance best practices across the delivery lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design for case management solutions ensuring guardrails compliance and reuse

Own integration design RESTSOAP eventmessage patterns and coordinate with upstreamdownstream systems

Define and enforce standards for ruleset strategy branching reuse patterns and deployment

Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting PAL AESdiagnostics tracer patterns

Mentor team members conduct code reviews and drive quality through testing strategies

Collaborate with architects product owners and QA teams for endtoend delivery

Skills Qualifications

MustHave

CSSA certification mandatory

5 8 years of strong handson Pega development experience with endtoend delivery ownership

Strong design and implementation across

oCase architecture multicase orchestration reusable subprocesses

oData layer data pages sourcing caching pagination strategies

oUI rules sections harnesses correspondence SLAs routing

Strong integration experience

oDesigning REST services connectors authentication patterns resiliency and retry strategies

oError handling mapping and logging standards

Strong debuggingtroubleshooting skills using Tracer Clipboard PAL and production issue triage

Experience with DevOps practices for Pega branching model pipeline deployments merge governance

GoodtoHave

Working experience on Pega Constellation implementation migration component patterns

Experience with latest Pega versions and upgrademigration awareness

Knowledge of Pega best practices for

oPerformance DB optimization index usage awareness avoiding antipatterns

oSecurity rolebased access privilege management secure integration

Exposure to cloud deployments Pega Cloud containerized deployments and operational readiness

Experience with reportinganalytics and operational dashboards
