Change Coordinator
An IT Changes Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating changes within an
organizations IT systems and infrastructure Heres a detailed job description
Key Responsibilities
Assess and prioritize change requests to ensure alignment with business goals
Develop and manage detailed change management plans including timelines and
resources
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand the impact of
proposed changes
Monitor and report on the progress of change implementations addressing any issues or
risks
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimize
disruptions
Maintain documentation of all change management activities for auditing and future
reference
Provide training and support to staff affected by changes to help them adapt effectively
