Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to define project scope and objectives. • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. • Identify and manage project risks and issues. • Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date. • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Key Attributes: • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Detail-oriented and proactive. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in project management within professional services. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana). • PMP or similar certification. Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in a related field. • Experience with Agile methodologies. • Strong understanding of professional services industry.
