What You Will Do

As a Supplier Management Senior Analyst within the Agile Center of Excellence (Agile COE), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that strategic IT suppliers support the organization’s transition from a project-based delivery model to a product-centric, agile operating model.

Your responsibilities will focus on understanding current vendor contracts, guiding contract adaptation for agile teams, and driving supplier performance across Agile value streams. You will:

  • Analyze and interpret existing supplier contracts, identifying required adjustments as teams shift to product-focused funding and ways of working.
  • Lead contract reconfiguration activities to ensure alignment with agile delivery models, continuous value creation, and evolving team structures.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring adherence to service commitments and agile outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain governance practices that support transparency, quality, and continuous improvement in supplier engagements.
  • Oversee ServiceNow SLA performance, ensuring that services meet expectations within agile delivery cycles.
  • Support the Agile COE’s mission by ensuring supplier partnerships evolve in line with agile principles, iterative delivery, and customer-centric value.

How You Will Do It

To support the Agile COE and ensure high-performing supplier partnerships, you will:

Strengthen Supplier Engagement

  • Build collaborative relationships with IT suppliers to support agile delivery, innovation, and shared accountability.

Transform Vendor Contracts for Agile Delivery

  • Review current contracts and identify modifications needed for product-based funding, cross-functional product teams, and iterative delivery cadences.
  • Partner with Legal and Procurement to update contracting frameworks, including performance metrics, KPIs, and commercial structures that fit agile delivery.

Drive Supplier Performance & Quality

  • Evaluate supplier adherence to service levels, agile objectives, and continuous delivery expectations.
  • Create and execute remediation plans when performance gaps are identified.

Manage ServiceNow SLA Compliance

  • Monitor SLA performance, ensuring issues are resolved with speed and transparency consistent with agile practices.

Navigate Negotiations & Risk Mitigation

  • Support contract negotiations to ensure flexibility, measurable outcomes, and shared risk management that aligns with agile delivery models.
  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, legal, and security risks.

Manage Deliverables, Milestones & Dependencies

  • Track contract milestones, agile performance metrics, and supplier commitments across value streams.

Collaborate Across Agile Teams & Functions

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Legal, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure supplier support aligns with agile planning and delivery cycles.

Optimize Costs & Value Delivery

  • Identify opportunities to streamline supplier spend, improve commercial terms, and enhance long-term value.

Provide Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver clear reporting on contract status, supplier performance, SLA compliance, and improvement opportunities to leadership and agile stakeholders.

What We Look For

Required

  • Education & Experience:
    Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in supplier management, IT contract oversight, and SLA performance tracking.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of supplier governance and performance management.
    • Experience adapting or managing contracts within evolving delivery models (agile experience preferred).
    • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive performance improvements.
    • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with procurement processes, contract management tools, and ServiceNow for SLA tracking.
    • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within diverse global teams.
    • Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with suppliers supporting Agile or Product-based delivery models.
  • Exposure to AI & automation tools for supplier analytics and performance management.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, Agile-related certifications, or vendor management designations
