Sr Cx Training ProfessionalLocation: GurgaonRoles and Responsibilities: •Ability to introduce and structure new training courses.•Develop and maintain training content.•Develop content using e-learning tools (Video Editor, Articulate, Adobe Captivate etc.).•Introduce & Maintain Training Catalog and Schedule.•Conduct technical Classroom, Remote, and Hybrid Training.•Familiarity with learning management system (LMS) will be an advantage.Must Have•Highly desirable to have Industrial Safety Gas Detection Product experience, specifically Honeywell BW and RAE.•Experience with deploying Gas Detection Products & technical customer engagement will be an advantage.•Independently worked to launch any training programs.•Strong written and verbal communication skills to execute training and persuade within the organization. •This role demands more than 50% travel to deliver the training.Education•Bachelor’s degree (BE/B Tech – Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Electronics).
