Techno-functional resource with 3 to 4 years of experience of working on OTM Cloud with knowledge on

• Logistics business process
• Order Management
• Shipment Management
• Carrier Management
• Finance Settlement-Invoice/Voucher generation
• OTM automation agent workflows
• Screen-sets
• Manager layout
• Roles/Menu
• Integration, external systems, Out XML profiles
• Basis understanding of middleware technologies
• Able to set-up recurring processes
• PL-SQL, should be able to write SQL queries
• BI report – Should be able to modify query template & format template
• De-bugging skills required for performing RCA
• Knowledge on Open Processes/Even queues monitoring
• Basis understanding on GTM module
• EDI connectivity for carriers & various transmission messages
