Sr. Executive - Digital Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Digital Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SEO (on-page and off-page), email marketing, and paid social media campaigns, and must possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Analytics

1.     Implement and manage on-site technical SEO

2.     Set up and optimize Google Analytics eCommerce tracking

3.     Manage tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Email Marketing

1.     Create responsive HTML/MGML-based email templates

2.     Execute campaigns through Odoo, Zoho, and Mailchimp

3.     Monitor deliverability, open rates, and overall campaign performance

Paid Social Media Campaigns

1.     Strategize, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

2.     Analyze performance metrics and optimize for best ROI

Reporting & Optimization

1.     Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements

2.     Work closely with content, design, and tech teams to execute campaigns smoothly

Requirements:

1.     2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with the above-mentioned skill set

2.     Solid understanding of technical SEO and analytics tools

3.     Certification in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Marketing Automation

4.     Working knowledge of HTML and email design best practices

5.     Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Odoo, Zoho Campaigns, and Mailchimp.

6.     Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid social media and Google Ads campaigns.

7.     Strong communication skills and excellent command over English

Based in Pune or willing to relocate
