Senior Frontend Developer - React.js

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React.js to lead the development of complex, high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in designing scalable frontend architectures, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with product and backend teams to deliver world-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of sophisticated, responsive web applications using React.js .

• Architect and implement reusable frontend components and libraries for large-scale applications.

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of frontend code.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect and accessible interfaces.

• Integrate with backend APIs (RESTful or GraphQL) efficiently and securely.

• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements where needed.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the frontend stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–8 years of professional experience in frontend development , with a strong focus on React.js .

• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS .

• Deep experience with state management (Redux, MobX, or Context API).

• Proficient with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite) and package managers (npm, Yarn).

• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility .

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration .

• Proficiency with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

• Solid problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

• Experience mentoring teams and guiding technical decisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud deployments.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and large-scale application architecture.
