Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager – Process Training

Reports To (Title): Associate Vice President

Job Location: Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for a training specialist to help employees, trainers and work with the organization to develop their skills and knowledge. The expectation of the role is not only to transfer knowledge and skill but also motivate and set examples to achieve high levels of excellence through detailed analysis, collaboration with stakeholders both internal and external, and introducing technology into training.

Experience Requirement:

Min. 8-10 years’ experience in managing New Hire Training, On-the-Job training and Coaching for an International Wealth Management player (US)

Managing a team of consisting of Sr. Trainers, Asst/Unit Managers, Asst Managers and Managers

Preparation and appearing for audits, client meets, idea generation sessions

Global travel to other locations of the organization or client sites for transitions, solutioning and due diligence

Imparting training/coaching wherever required for the purpose of development of staff at different levels

Implementation of AI based training techniques or projects that help enhance training and bring about measurable results in efficacy and efficiency

Job Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Design, develop, and implement training programs for new and existing employees in a variety of formats

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or by analyzing performance data

Create instructional materials such as modules, manuals, handbooks, multimedia presentations, and job aids

Select and administer training methods such as individual coaching, group instruction, self-study, eLearning, gamification and simulations

Schedule training sessions, arrange for facilities and equipment, and coordinate with other departments like onboarding, HR, admin etc., wherever required

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed


Conducting meaningful discussions with delivery and other stakeholders on a minimum of a bi-weekly basis to showcase performance

Meeting, working and advising clients on the most effective training methodology

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders for implementation and evaluation of training projects

Conduct employee engagement activities to maximize conversion

Providing stakeholders with insights to business development and expansion

Providing insights into automation capabilities

Maintaining governance mechanisms that adhere to PCIDSS and ISO Standards

Competency Requirement (with desired proficiency level):

Communication Skills (Oral and Written) – Expert

Domain Knowledge (Wealth Management, KYC, AML and basic Banking) – Expert

Behavioral training –Advanced

Evaluating others – Expert

Coaching & Feedback – Expert

Instructional Design – Advanced

Facilitations Skills – Expert

MS Office Skills – Advanced

Flexibility, Integrity and Accountability – Expert

Governance and Reporting - Expert

Educational / Domain Requirement:

Graduate/Post Graduate preferably in Finance streams

Certification in wealth management domains or ASPPA, GRC, KYC, AML, Mutual Funds, BETA – Security Master, BETA - Stock Records, BETA - Managed Accounts, BETA - Alternative Investments etc.,

Additional professional certifications in Instructional design, Coaching, Transactional Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, FIRO-B, CPLP, CELTA, NLP will be preferred.
