The Impact of a Sr. Manager, Software Engineering at Coupa:   

What You’ll Do

• Lead the evolution of the Coupa Item Model, servicing the core workflows of our many functional teams Procurement, Sourcing, Bill Of Materials, Catalogs
• Manage an agile team of 9+ engineers
• Be involved in technical architecture and design decisions
• Define long-term engineering roadmap and drive release planning and execution
• Promote efficiency using AI tools
• Work closely with peers to ensure successful outcomes and improve business processes

What You Will Bring to Coupa

• Agile team management experience of at least 3 years as as engineering manager
• Be a highly technical manager with deep experience in software and systems
• Experience in framework development and micro services
• Ability to support and mentor individuals and teams
• Good functional understanding of enterprise SaaS products
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
