Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Engineer with expertise in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of IBMS equipment and systems used in buildings, ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC, lighting, security, fire safety, and other building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning:

  • Install and configure IBMS hardware and software systems as per project specifications.

  • Perform system integration and ensure proper functioning across all systems (HVAC, lighting, security, fire alarms, etc.).

  • Test the system to verify correct operation and user requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: E&TC or Instrumentation Engineering , or a related field. Additional certifications related to IBMS or building automation systems are a plus.

• Experience: At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and support of IBMS systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, access control, etc.
