Senior ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview: A Senior ServiceNow  Developer plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet organizational needs. They guide junior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex ServiceNow modules, integrations, and workflows.
• Perform advanced ServiceNow configurations, including scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
• Lead system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems or Middleware's or third-party apps.
• Experience on MID servers and its working knowledge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues in ServiceNow applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and organizational policies.
• Experience on various Integrations and flow designer is required.
• Experience on the App Engine Studio or Studio is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS and web technologies.
• Must be able to drive and do end-to-end implementation of custom application.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist - any) will be preferred.

Technical Skills

• ServiceNow scripting modules to support data synchronization and business logic. Creating the Workflows for the catalog items.
