Responsibilities:

• Reviews client requirement and provides feedback
• Responsible for creating test plans and strategy
• Reviews and re-evaluates the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules
• Plan and conduct system integration testing and in-sprint testing
• Oversees testing delivery to make sure work is scheduled based on priorities, risks and team strengths and assignment of resources across projects
• Participates in Go/No-Go meetings in different phases of SDLC
• Create execution plan and report execution progress with Metrices
• Perform exploratory testing to ensure zero defect leakage to UAT
• Conduct defect triage meeting to ensure correct RCAs, severity, priority are assigned to defects
• Leads/mentors Test Engineers and shares knowledge to make sure QA staff meets technical qualifications required for their positions
• Create automation plan and ensure right automation candidates are picked by the team

 Qualifications

• 12+ years’ Experience in manual testing various applications, services and user interfaces
• 5+ years’ experience as Test Lead
• Must have PLM Windhcill Testing experience
• Manual testing expertise
• Experience managing a team of QA Engineers
• Experience in communicating with clients
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall processes
• Understanding of user interface design
• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices & methodologies
• Familiarity with various defect management systems
