Commodity - Hands on Experience for Forging & Castings Route Machined parts, required for Commercial Vehicle, Bus, Construction Equipments in Quality Domain  Must have knowledge about forging & Castings process, Techno Commercial awareness and quality parameters. Required knowledge of machining process and machined part quality inspection methodology and hands on experience for the same.    Skilled to do DFM - Design for Manufacturing ( Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing SC / CC Characteristics ), Development as per APQP guidelines, Focus on First Time & Every Time Right, Prepare the Development Lead Time in line with Program Need Date & Progress Monitoring. Build & Field Quality issue Resolution by engaging with CFT & Supplier, Conducting FTR & Monitor Actionable Points, Advance Planning & Execution of PPAP. Monitor ECN Progress. Root Cause Analysis
