Store Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Store Assistant to manage orders received through our website and ensure timely and accurate shipping. The role involves coordinating with logistics partners, maintaining order records, and providing basic customer support related to orders and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and process daily orders received through the website

Verify order details, payment status, and shipping addresses

Coordinate with the warehouse/packaging team for order fulfillment

Generate invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels

Ensure orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time

Track shipments and update order status in the system

Follow up with courier partners for pickups, delays, or delivery issues

Handle customer queries related to orders, shipping, and delivery

Manage returns, exchanges, and order cancellations as per company policy

Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and returns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)

Familiarity with courier/logistics services

Good organizational and time-management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Google Sheets)

Good communication skills (written and verbal)
