Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle daily store operations including inventory management, material issuance, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain records of broadband devices (ONTs, routers, modems, accessories, etc.).
- Coordinate with technical and logistics teams for timely dispatch and receipt of materials.
- Support walk-in customers with broadband product information, payments, and service requests.
- Manage and update sales and service entries in the system/ERP on a daily basis.
- Generate and maintain stock and sales reports for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain store hygiene and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and returns.
- Assist the field team in resolving material or equipment-related issues.
