Job Description:

We are looking for a Store Helper to join our team at Shiledar Ethnics. As a Store Helper, you will help with the daily tasks in the store and ensure our customers have a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers find products and provide information about our ethnic wear and accessories.
• Keep the store clean and organized, arranging products on shelves neatly.
• Monitor stock levels and restock items as needed.
• Assist the sales team with packing, billing, and other customer service tasks.
• Ensure all items are properly tagged and displayed.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and organizing stock in the storage area.
• Help answer customer questions and solve simple issues.
• Support store displays and promotions as directed by the Store Manager.
• Follow store policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers.
• Ability to lift and move items in the store.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extra hours if needed.
