Store Incharge

Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Store Incharge to oversee our daily store operations. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing stock levels, and ensuring the store remains organized and efficient. The ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of the storage area.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock using [manual registers/Tally/ERP software].

Stock Maintenance: Conduct regular physical stock audits to reconcile with system records and minimize "shrinkage" or theft.

Order Fulfillment: Supervise the receiving of goods from vendors, ensuring quality and quantity match the purchase orders.

Organization: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure goods are stored in a logical, easy-to-access manner (FIFO method).

Documentation: Prepare Daily/Weekly stock reports, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and dispatch slips.

Team Coordination: Work closely with the Sales and Procurement teams to ensure stock availability and avoid "Out of Stock" situations.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or retail operations.

Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with relevant experience.

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel is a must). Familiarity with Tally or Inventory software is a plus.

Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical tasks, including moving or organizing stock when necessary.
