Role: Zepto Store In-Charge

The store in charge is responsible for running the store smoothly every day, managing the team, and making sure everything is done on time and correctly.

Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

Keep track of inventory and make sure items are restocked.

Manage order packing and delivery.

Keep the store organized.

Team Management:

Lead and guide staff like pickers and packers.

Create work schedules to ensure there is always sufficient staff.

Train new team members on how the store works.

Order Handling:

Make sure orders are packed and sent quickly and correctly.

Fix any mistakes to avoid complaints.

Stock Management:

Check stock regularly and match it with records.

Manage new deliveries and handle damaged or slow-moving items.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor store performance, like order speed and accuracy.

Share reports with the regional manager.

Using Technology:

Use software to track inventory and orders.

Fix small technical problems if needed.

Educational Qualification: Graduate or similar experience in retail or warehouse work.

Experience: 3 – 5 years of managing or supervising in retail, logistics, or warehouses.
