Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Keeper to manage inward materials, inventory control, and dispatch operations. The role involves receiving and verifying goods, maintaining accurate stock records, preparing dispatch documentation, and coordinating with the purchase and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
• Maintain updated inventory records in the system (Excel/Tally/ERP).
• Manage storage, stocking, and issue of materials as per requirements.
• Prepare dispatch documents, coordinate dispatch schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward processes.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and logistics teams for daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.

Requirements

• Minimum 0.6 years of experience in store or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of inward and outward material handling processes.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Tally, or ERP systems).
• Good communication, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage store activities efficiently.
