Store Management & Order Operations Executive

We are looking for a hands-on professional to manage store operations, order taking, delivery coordination, and cash counter activities in a fast-paced food retail environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and a consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and staff coordination
• Handle order taking (counter, phone, online platforms) with accuracy and speed
• Coordinate delivery orders with kitchen staff and delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch
• Manage the cash counter, including billing, cash/card/UPI reconciliation, and daily sales closure
• Track inventory, raise replenishment requests, and minimize wastage
• Address customer queries and resolve basic service issues professionally
• Maintain basic reports for sales, orders, and cash summaries

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, QSR, or food service operations preferred
• Comfortable with POS systems, digital payments, and basic reporting
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and customer-first attitude
• Ability to work in shifts and handle peak-hour pressure
