Responsibility:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, controlling costs, and driving overall sales performance. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for customer service. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per company guidelines. Oversee inventory management, ordering, stock control, and wastage reduction. Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Ensure quick and friendly service at all times. Manage cash handling, daily sales reports. Maintain accurate records for audits and management reporting.
