Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations across both our Pune locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and providing detailed reports to management on sales performance, staff productivity, and stock levels. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a passion for the jewelry retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Sales Management:

• Oversee daily operations of both store locations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards.
• Drive sales targets and implement strategies to increase footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

2. Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise sales staff at both stores.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a positive, motivated work environment.
• Handle staff scheduling, leave management, and conflict resolution.

3. Inventory & Stock Management:

• Manage inventory levels across both stores, ensuring optimal stock availability.
• Oversee stock receiving, tagging, display, and periodic audits.
• Minimize stock discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages.

4. Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare and submit detailed weekly/monthly reports to management covering:
• Sales performance (targets vs. actuals, trends, insights)
• Staff performance, attendance, and training needs
• Inventory status, fast/slow-moving items, reorder suggestions
• Customer feedback and market observations
• Communicate effectively with management regarding store performance, challenges, and opportunities.

5. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:

• Ensure both stores are visually appealing, well-organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute window and in-store displays to highlight new collections and promotions.

6. Compliance & Administration:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, retail regulations, and safety standards.
• Handle daily cash management, banking, and basic store accounting.
• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-store role.
• Background in jewelry, luxury, or fashion retail is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and retail POS/software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as required.
