Store Manager

1. Inventory Management

✔️ Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, consumables, spares, and

finished goods.

✔️ Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels.

✔️ Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.

✔️ Ensure FIFO implementation as applicable.

✔️ Control slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

2. Material Receipt & Inspection

✔️ Verify materials received as per Purchase Order.

✔️ Coordinate with Quality team for quality inspection.

✔️ Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and update tally/stock register.

✔️ Ensure proper documentation and storage practices.

3. Material Issue & Dispatch

✔️ Issue materials to production and installation teams as per approved requisitions.

✔️ Maintain proper issue records.

✔️ Coordinate dispatch of finished goods to project sites.

✔️ Ensure proper packaging and documentation (Delivery Challan, Invoice, etc.).

4. Store Operations

✔️ Ensure proper storage layout and material identification.

✔️ Maintain safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards in store.

✔️ Monitor handling of heavy mechanical parts, hydraulic systems, electrical

components, etc.

✔️ Supervise store assistants and helpers.

5. Coordination

✔️ Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Planning, Accounts, and Installation Teams.

✔️ Provide stock reports to management.

✔️ Support project teams with material planning for site installation.

6. Compliance & Documentation

✔️ Maintain statutory and audit-related records.

✔️ Support internal and external audits.

✔️ Ensure compliance with ISO / Factory Act guidelines if applicable
