Store Manager For Cycle Store

Manage day-to-day operations of the cycle showroom and service area

Ensure store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising

Open and close store as per schedule and ensure security

Handle walk-in customers and provide product guidance on cycles, accessories & spare parts

Achieve monthly sales targets for cycles, accessories, and services

Handle billing, discounts, offers, and payment collections

Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate stock of cycles, spare parts, and accessories

Plan reordering and coordinate with vendors/suppliers

Coordinate with mechanics for cycle servicing, repairs, AMC, and warranty jobs
