Hiring: Store Promoter – EMI Business (Non-Electronics Vertical)

📍 Location: Pune - Vimanagar  

We are looking for a high-performance Field Sales Leader to drive EMI penetration and manage a team of in-store promoters across multiple non-electronics categories like Furniture, Healthcare, Wellness, Travel & Education for Pay Later business. (Credit / Debit Card EMIs)

This role is ideal for professionals who have scaled field teams, delivered revenue targets, and built strong merchant relationships in fintech, payments, or BFSI.

🎓 Eligibility:

✅ Undergraduate/Graduation/ MBA / Engineering 

✅ Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience

✅ Proven team handling experience

✅ Excel skills necessary for the role

✅ Two-wheeler compulsory (extensive field travel required)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor & scale a team of in-store promoters

* Drive store-level EMI conversion & revenue targets

* Conduct regular field visits & joint sales calls

* Build strong relationships with store owners & managers

* Track KPIs, productivity & daily performance metrics

* Identify expansion opportunities within assigned territory

💼 Compensation: 23K in hand + 3000 Travel allowance + performance-linked incentives
