Structural Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in structural design and analysis, with strong technical proficiency in industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for various projects including buildings and infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings and design calculations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams for design execution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Review and optimize structural systems for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of STAAD Pro for structural analysis and design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (ACAD) for drafting and detailing.
• Good understanding of RCC and steel design principles.
• Familiarity with Indian Standard Codes (IS Codes).

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
