Role Overview-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Student Support Executive to assist in sales support operations and student lifecycle management. The role involves handling documentation, student coordination, and backend processes to ensure smooth execution of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with backend coordination and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of leads and student data
• Documentation Management:
• Handle student documentation and verification processes
• Ensure all required documents are complete and properly maintained

• Student Re-Registration:
• Coordinate with existing students for course renewals or re-registrations
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up
• Reference Calling:
• Conduct calls to references provided by students
• Generate and track referral leads
• Student Coordination:
• Act as a point of contact for student queries and support
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and post-enrollment experience
