Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Talent Management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications, with a specific focus on Talent Management modules. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes, configuring the system to meet these requirements, and providing ongoing support to ensure the system is effectively utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Oracle HCM Cloud modules, focusing on Talent and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring effective use of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, and maintenance, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of HR data.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
