Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Technical professional with ADP Integration experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the integration of ADP with our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role involves analyzing and defining system requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure the effective operation of our HCM systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of HCM processes and ADP software.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Oracle HCM Cloud and Core HR processes.
  • Use HDL for data migration and ensure data integrity.
  • Integrate ADP with Oracle HCM Cloud and manage the integration effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in HCM technology and suggest improvements to the existing system.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud: The candidate must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • HDL: The candidate should have a solid understanding of HCM Data Loader (HDL) and should be able to use it effectively for data migration.
  • Core HR: The candidate should have a deep understanding of Core HR processes and should be able to implement and manage them effectively.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Payroll: Experience with payroll processes and systems would be beneficial.
  • AI Apps for HR: Familiarity with AI applications for HR would be an added advantage.
  • ADP Integration: Experience with ADP integration would be beneficial.
  • Fast Formula: Knowledge of Fast Formula would be an added advantage.
  • BI Publisher: Experience with BI Publisher would be beneficial.
  • Fusion Security: Knowledge of Fusion Security would be an added advantage.
  • Absence Management: Experience with Absence Management would be beneficial.
  • Talent Management: Familiarity with Talent Management would be an added advantage.
  • Performance Management: Knowledge of Performance Management would be beneficial.
  • Compensation: Experience with Compensation processes and systems would be an added advantage.
