Job Title: Baan Support / Development Specialist

Experience: 5 to 7Years

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Baan Support/Development Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in application support or development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Baan ERP, including integration, debugging, configuration, and administration. Candidates with Functional, Technical, Techno-Functional, or Admin expertise are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Baan ERP applications
• Perform issue analysis, debugging, and root cause identification
• Handle Baan configurations, integrations, and system administration activities
• Support business users by understanding functional requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements, fixes, and deployments
• Monitor system performance and ensure application stability
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation
• Participate in shift-based support during 2 PM to 11 PM working hours

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Baan support or development
• Mandatory experience with Baan ERP
• Good understanding of:
