Supervisor

Role: Supervisor

Location: Mumbai, Pune, and Indore

Note: This role will involve frequent intercity travel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end execution of offline activations across societies, corporate offices, parks, and other locations.
2. Ensure smooth deployment of pharmacists, promoters, logistics partners, and event assets.
3. Oversee setup, branding, devices, and all operational requirements to ensure seamless activations.
4. Monitor team performance and provide on-spot improvements and guidance.
5. Work closely with the on-ground team to drive order conversion targets.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field.
• Experience in field operations/ FMCG activations/ retail/ health camps, or similar on-ground execution roles.
• Preference: Candidates with a Pharmacy qualification (D. Pharm / B. Pharm) are highly preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage high-footfall environments.
• Comfortable travelling within the city for daily on-ground activities.
