Supply Chain Executive

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare, verify, and maintain all supply chain–related documents including invoices, delivery challans, GRNs, and transport documents
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews

Billing & Credit Notes

• Generate and process customer invoices in coordination with finance and sales teams
• Prepare and track credit notes for returns, rate differences, shortages, or damages
• Reconcile billing data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Plan and monitor dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery of goods
• Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and third-party logistics providers
• Track shipments and address delivery issues or delays

Inventory & Coordination

• Support inventory control by coordinating inward and outward material movements
• Update systems with dispatch, receipt, and stock-related data
• Liaise with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations

Month-End & Year-End Closing

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to supply chain and logistics
• Ensure all dispatches, billings, and credit notes are properly accounted for
• Provide accurate reports and documentation to the finance team for closures and audits

Reporting & MIS

. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including:

• Dispatch and delivery status reports
• Inventory and stock aging reports
• Billing and credit note summary reports
• Vendor and logistics performance reports
• Dispatch vs billing reconciliation reports
• Pending orders and backorder reports
• Analyze data to identify gaps, delays, and improvement opportunities
