Role Overview:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in Non-IT hiring, preferably with exposure to Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Finance, BFSI, or other related industries. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment
• Source, screen, and close candidates across Real Estate, Manufacturing, Finance, BFSI, and allied sectors
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate with clients
• Ensure quality profiles and quick closures
• Requirements:1+ year experience in Non-IT recruitment
• Exposure to Real Estate / Manufacturing / Finance hiring preferred
• Good spoken English and professional communication
• Smart, presentable, and confident
• Immediate joiner preferred
